Over the course of 9 months Tweak has helped Greetz to professionalize our accounting and control environment around key processes (e.g. OTC, P2P and Inventory). His work on the design and implementation of a Risk and Control Matrix gave the teams guidance to make the necessary steps in our change process (from a scale-up towards a listed firm).

In close cooperation with our team Tweak conducted a Quick Scan in which they identified and reported our main process bottlenecks, their root causes and a clear improvement roadmap.

With his combined Lean and Finance knowledge Arjan was able to challenge the team on how processes are designed and (management) information is delivered. By bench-marking his findings with our peers, Arjan provided us the possibility to put his recommendations in perspective. Solutions provided are realistic and easy to implement.
